Values, Vision, and Mission

Before you can work towards a set of common values, you need to figure out what they are.
Most organizations are working with values that are hidden, assumed, or accidental. If you want your company to move towards a bigger goal, and it’s not just motherhood-and-apple-pie (or Make Lots of Money), you’re going to need to talk with the people who work with you.
That’s where I come in.
Over the course of [three] days, we use a series of exploratory exercises to bring your organization to a shared vision of the future, which can be used as a set of guideposts as your company grows.
Alignment

Once you’ve got your course set, you need processes to track how you are doing
If you’ve got a well-honed set of values and vision, you need to make sure they aren’t sitting on a shelf (or a website) somewhere, separate from your processes. This is a multi-week consultation with your team to map out your informal culture, flows of information, and real decision-making processes.
If you’re going to build a company according to your values, it helps to have somebody around to point out when you’re going astray… whose job doesn’t depend upon not saying it. (That’s me again.)
If you are in the middle of some thorny issues and you want a little guidance along the way, book a discovery call and let’s talk about getting you back on track.
